Meramigo, based in Singapore, had an ambitious mission, to make India a more accessible, trustworthy destination for international tourists through a mobile app called Letz Go.

Objective
To design a clean, intuitive, and trustworthy mobile app experience that makes India's travel ecosystem feel safe and predictable to international tourists - particularly addressing the last-mile service gap that deters high-value visitors.

Challenge
India faces a real perception problem among international tourists - concerns around safety, digital transparency, and service reliability push them toward Southeast Asian destinations. The app needed to actively build user confidence at every single interaction.
Result
A complete 93-screen UI/UX built on Material Design principles - featuring a trust-building colour palette, usability-tested wireframes, intuitive iconography, micro-interactions, multilingual support, offline accessibility, and real-time support integrations. Globally polished, locally relevant.
